Paper Submission Guideline:

Please pay attention to the following notes before registering and sending each paper:

1- First, download the WORD template that is included on the first page of the site and save it on your system.

2- Then copy the text of your paper and paste it in the WORD template. (Your paper must be submitted according to the instructions below.)

3- It is necessary to save the original file of your paper in word and pdf format on one of the drivers of your computer system.

Basic information about submitting a new paper

After registering on the site and preparing the paper according to the instructions above, send your paper from the following path:

1- First, enter your user control panel.

2- From the paper submission menu, register the basic information of your paper. (Note that in the paper submission form you can only submit your paper abstract!)

3- To send the original of your paper, after completing the paper submission form and registering it, go to the paper status menu and send the original of your paper from there. (If you do not send the relevant files, your paper will not be sent for reviewing.)

4- After announcing the result of the reviewing and accepting the paper, proceed to pay the relevant fees. (Failure to pay the fee means withdrawal from participation in the conference.)
