Please pay attention to the following points before the paper submission:
The papers should include new findings about the thematic areas of the conference and should not have been published before.
Papers should be prepared and organized according to the guidelines available on the conference website. Papers that do not follow the mentioned patterns will not be sent for reviewing.
You can submit your paper in Persian or English for the conference.
Each accepted paper needs a registration to be included in the conference program and printed in the collection of papers.
It is mandatory to present the accepted papers in the conference sessions. Accepted papers that are not presented in the conference will be removed from the conference proceedings.
If at any stage, the occurrence of fraud or research violation is proven in relation to an paper, the said paper will be removed from the conference program and collection of papers, the consequences of this matter will be directed to the authors of the paper.
Persian papers should be presented in maximum six pages and English papers in maximum five pages.
Additional pages up to two pages are acceptable and will be subject to additional fees.
Papers that are prepared based on the Latex format must upload the first page of their paper as a word file in the system.
For papers in Farsi, a format based on WORD and for papers in English, a format based on WORD and a format based on Latex are available on the home page of the conference for the respected authors.
